Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any bd378 service. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out on this page.

1. Eligibility and Registration

- You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with bd378 or any related platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must contact bd378 support before attempting to re-register.
2. Account Management
Each player may hold only one registered account with bd378 at any given time. The following rules govern account creation, maintenance, and closure. bd378 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes is operating in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bd378 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd378 support immediately and change your password without delay.
bd378 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires the submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and, in some cases, proof of address or proof of payment method. KYC verification is a one-time process unless your documents expire or your account details change. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from bd378 may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.
You may request to close your bd378 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. bd378 may also close an account at its own discretion if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if the player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is complete, bd378 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. bd378 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bd378 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, bd378 reserves the right to withhold funds, close the account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
bd378 may offer bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to your bd378 account and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer a bonus or any associated winnings to another player's account. Attempting to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- bd378 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse or misuse of a promotion is suspected. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, all associated bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.
- A maximum bet limit applies when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings. The maximum bet amount when playing with a bonus will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Any unused bonus funds or free spins will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been fully met. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5. Responsible Gaming

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all funds withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct forfeited. bd378 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
- Creating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a false identity, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing any restriction placed on a prior account.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets listed on the Platform.
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform as a channel to transfer or obscure the origin of illicitly obtained funds.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino games, sports betting markets, or any other game type offered on bd378.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd378 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel, including support chats, emails, or any other platform-related communication medium.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the bd378 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the site (collectively, "Content"), is the property of bd378 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Content without the express written permission of bd378. Any unauthorised use of the Content may violate intellectual property laws and could result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd378 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss or damage. bd378 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bd378's reasonable control.
In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bd378 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the players involved. bd378 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical failure. Where a game or bet outcome is affected by a demonstrable error, bd378's decision on the appropriate resolution shall be final.
bd378 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond bd378's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, power failures, or civil unrest. In such events bd378 will endeavour to restore normal service as soon as reasonably practicable.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bd378 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd378 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, it remains each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bd378 support.
